Dr. Dobos received his JD, from Széchenyi István Faculty of State and Legal Science in Hungary and her LLM from Eötvös Loránd Faculty of State and Legal Science in Budapest. She gained his practice at a multinational law firm in Vienna and in a Hungarian boutique law firm. After several years of practice he founded his own law firm in 2014. dr. Kőhidi Ákos PhD.
Practice areas: General business law, employment, IP and Contract management.
Education: Received his JD in 2007 and his Phd. in 2012 from University of Győr (Hungary), Faculty of Law. He is working as a university lecturer at University of Győr as well as a registered attorney at law at the Győr-Moson-Sopron Bar (Hungary). Founding partner of Dobos – Kőhidi Law Firm
dr. Sohajda Kristóf

He joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in 2017. Previously, during his university studies, he gained significant professional experience at an independent law firm in Budapest in the practice areas of civil law, corporate law and commercial law. Hhe also had the opportunity to deepen his understanding of civil proceedings.
dr. Kertész Gusztáv

He was working as a leading prosecutor at the Budapest Police Department between 1996 and 2006. He received his JD from University of Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetem (Hungary), Faculty of Law in 2006. Bar-qualified lawyer has been practicing in business criminal law since 2006. Membership: Budapest Bar Association.
Nippashi Toshinori
Bar-qualified lawyer in Japan; practicing in immigration and business law
He is a lawyer based in Japan, with two qualifications, Japanese Solicitor (Shiho-shoshi) and Immigration Lawyer (Gyoseishoshi). He is also a director of International Shiho-shoshi Association. He engages mainly in cases of business startup, Japanese Visa and Real Estate Registration both for domestic and foreign clients.
dr. Oleg Otten

Attorney Otten received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law (Florida, USA). Oleg Otten’s background in business gives him a deeper insight into ways to resolve and prevent legal problems any company faces at some point. He provides legal advice to startups, small, and medium-sized business clients regarding business transactions, corporate compliance, contracts, employment, and litigation issues, as well as business immigration. Attorney Otten is licensed to practice law in Florida.
Eileen Pembridge

Eileen joined B&S in August 2017 in the merger after founding and heading Fisher Meredith LLP for 42 years which earned a well deserved high profile in legal circles
She is a former chair of the Law Society’s Family Law committee, represented London South on the Council for many years and was granted an Honorary doctorate by the Open University for Services to Family Law.
She has taken part in many radio and television programmes on law and women’s issues
